This is a great supplement. D3 helps with calcium absorption and the dosage is perfect. I would say that if you are younger or light skinned and getting plenty of natural sun, the D3 may not be necessary. But for someone like me, who is older and darker skinned, the dosage of 5,000 IU D3 is great.

Also, the 100mcg of K2 is just right. For someone that's older, K2 is a great supplement for continued bone health . . .

I like that this vitamin D and K2 supplement have straightforward ingredients. Becomes in capsules that are from a vegetable source. I really like that part. The capsules are very easy to take. I can swallow them with no problem. One capsule is the recommended serving size. It should be taken one time a day. One bottle contains 60 capsules. The expiration date on my bottle is December 2026 .

After my last doctors visit, my blood work showed that I have a vitamin D deficiency, even though I spend a lot of time in the sun. I have been taking magnesium glycinate for awhile now. These pills are odorless, easy to swallow, no taste, no after-taste and seem to work as well as the other brands I have tried. I used to wake up mulitple times during the night and have difficulty going back to sleep. Since taking magnesium glycinate, I rarely wake up during the night and if I do, I am able to fall back to sleep quickly. These really work for that aspect for me. I have not noticed any difference since taking these compared to my other brand.

This is a wonderful blend of natural ingredients for homeopathic stabilization of woman parts. The bottle arrived with all the expected safety seals. The pills were easy to take and didn’t leave an aftertaste. I absolutely recommend.
